"Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God."-Matthew 5:9
Yoga, in practice, teaches us how to cultivate peace within ourselves so we can cultivate peace in our world. Please join us for this special event, where we will grieve the victims of recent gun violence and pray for peace in our world.
Join our teacher, Mary Reddinger, as she leads students to complete 108 rounds of Sun Salutations. In yoga, the repetition of 108 Sun Salutations signifies rebirth and new beginnings. The repetition can also facilitate a meditative, prayerful experience. Many variations will be given, so that regardless of your experience or level of ability, you can find the flow that is suitable for your body.
