Community Class for all levels that is donation only. No membership required to take this class. Come as you are, give what you can. Be blessed by this gift of worship and yoga. Great for beginners.

For all levels. Low Intensity

Free Bootcamp classes
Mon, Wed, Friday 5:15-6am

Come get strong with us! 45 minute bootcamp class to build strength and cardio conditioning. Bring your own dumbbell hand weights, water and yoga mat! For any fitness level!

Moderate to High intensity

Cardio Fusion                                               Wed. 4:30-5:30pm

This is your non-yoga class so bring your tennis shoes. Total body workout that incorporates elements of cardio with strength & conditioning. Class is taught tabata style which means each exercise is done for 20 seconds with a 10 second break. Come build muscle and cardio endurance!

For all levels. Moderate to high intensity

Gentle Yoga
Tues. 8:15-9:15am, Wed. 5:45-6:45pm, Fri. 9:45-10:45am

Designed to slowly and gently move the student back to healthy posture, muscle flexibility and joint mobility. Helpful to those with health issues and recovering from minor injuries. Moves slowly with lots of instruction.

For all levels. Low intensity

Stress Release
Mon. 5:45-6:45pm, Thur. 8:15-9:15am

Class maximizes the stress-relieving benefits of chest and hip openers, twists and easy interventions. 

For all levels. Low intensity

YIN yoga
Mon. 8:15-9:15am

Slow paced style of yoga where postures are held for extended periods of time, typically three to five minutes per pose. Yin yoga applies moderate stress to the connective tissues, the tendons, fascia, and ligaments with the aim of increasing circulation to the joints and improving flexibility.

For all levels. Low Intensity

Hot Power Yoga
Tues & Thur. 9:45am-10:45am & 6pm-7 pm, Wed. 9:45am-10:45am, Friday 5:00pm, Sat 9:45-10:45am

Strength-based flow of yoga postures, designed to increase muscle strength as well as encourage flexibility, balance & alignment. Moves at a moderate pace with less instruction. This class will offer more advanced postures for those seeking to advance their yoga practice while also offering modifications for others. Room heated to 95+ degrees

Level: Intermediate and above.  High Intensity

Hot Align & Flow                                                Monday 8:15-9:15am

Strength-based flow of yoga postures, designed to increase muscle strength as well as encourage flexibility, balance and alignment. Moves at a moderate pace with emphasis on alignment. Room heated to 95+ degrees

Level: Intermediate and above. Moderate Intensity

Align & Flow                                                Friday 8:15-9:15am

Strength-based flow of yoga postures, designed to increase muscle strength as well as encourage flexibility, balance and alignment. Moves at a moderate pace with emphasis on alignment. 

Level: Beginner to Intermediate Moderate Intensity
