Gentle Yoga
Wed. 5:45-6:45pm, Fri. 9:45-10:45am

Designed to slowly and gently move the student back to healthy posture, muscle flexibility and joint mobility. Helpful to those with health issues and recovering from minor injuries. Moves slowly with lots of instruction.

For all levels. Low intensity

Therapeutic-based yoga
Tuesday 8:15am

Breath-based practice to calm the nervous system that combines mindful movement to ease tension and tightness, techniques to stabilize and support the joints to increase mobility, as well as gentle movement to build flexibility.

For all levels. Low intensity

Stress Release
Mon. 5:45-6:45pm, Thur. 8:15-9:15am

Class maximizes the stress-relieving benefits of chest and hip openers, twists and easy interversions. 

For all levels. Low intensity

YIN yoga
Mon. 8:15-9:15am, Sunday 4:30pm

Slow paced style of yoga where postures are held for extended periods of time, typically three to five minutes per pose. Yin yoga applies moderate stress to the connective tissues, the tendons, fascia, and ligaments with the aim of increasing circulation to the joints and improving flexibility.

Lectio Divina
Wed 11:15am

Lectio Divina is Latin for "Divine Reading" and is a traditional Benedictine practice of scriptural reading, meditation and prayer intended to promote communion with God. This meditation class involves breath work, relaxation and scripture reading as a way for the participant to listen to the Holy Spirit. Class is offered for free but students can make a donation if they feel led.

For all levels. No intensity. Relaxation

Align & Flow                                                Tues. Thur 4:30-5:30pm, Friday 8:15-9:15am

Strength-based flow of yoga postures, designed to increase muscle strength as well as encourage flexibility, balance and alignment. Moves at a moderate pace with emphasis on alignment. 

Level: Beginner to Intermediate, Moderate Intensity

Yoga Core                                              Wed. 4:30-5:30pm, Saturday 8:15am

Designed to target the core in an effort to tone the belly, protect the back and bring more energy to the body. Repetitive movements coordinated with breath to increase strength and stability. Moderate intensity with with modifications offered to decrease intensity.

Level: Beginner to Intermediate. Moderate Intensity                                        

YIN + VIN yoga
Wed 9:45-11am

This class celebrates the benefits of both Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Flow. The first 30 minutes begins with YIN restorative poses and then transitions into 45 minutes of a vinyasa slow flow. This class is suitable to newer as well as seasoned practitioners who are interested in cultivating balance and well-being through both yang (dynamic asana) and yin (mindful stillness) techniques.

Outstretched
Wednesday 8:15-9:15am

Community Class for all levels that is donation only. No membership required to take this class. Come as you are, give what you can. Be blessed by this gift of worship and yoga. Great for beginners.

Hot Align & Flow                                                Thursday 9:45am-10:45am

Strength-based flow of yoga postures, designed to increase muscle strength as well as encourage flexibility, balance and alignment. Moves at a moderate pace with emphasis on alignment. Room heated to 95+ degrees

Level: Intermediate and above. Moderate Intensity

Hot Power Yoga
Monday & Tuesday 9:45am-10:45am, Tuesday & Thursday 6pm-7 pm, Friday 5:00pm, Sat 9:45-10:45am, Sun 6pm

Strength-based flow of yoga postures, designed to increase muscle strength as well as encourage flexibility, balance & alignment. Moves at a moderate pace with less instruction. This class will offer more advanced postures for those seeking to advance their yoga practice while also offering modifications for others. Room heated to 95+ degrees

Level: Intermediate and above.  High Intensity
